HALOS is a helmet designed
to protect your everyday moments.
Riding means different things, a daily routine, a career, or freedom
But out on the road, unexpected things can happen.
HALOS helps you stay safe where it matters

Over 70% of bicycle and e-scooter accidents in urban areas are related to blind spots and reduced attention.

From a safety device
to a connected companion.
The initial helmet design focused solely on physical protection.
It later evolved to sense both the rider’s condition and surroundings in real time.
By combining sensors and communication features, the focus shifted from protection to connection.

Smart protection for the urban ride.
It blends technology and style, creating a riding experience that feels connected, secure, and effortlessly cool.
The visor can be flipped up or removed when not needed, giving riders more control and comfort.

But out on the road, unexpected things can happen.I conducted real road tests to refine the UI/UX of the alert system, focusing on how to deliver clear and intuitive warnings to the rider.

Blind Spot Alert activates when a vehicle approaches, lighting up a red signal on the visor to warn the rider.

Applied a car seatbelt-style buckle to the helmet strap for quick and comfortable use.
Allows riders to fasten and release the helmet easily without pinching the skin or cheeks, improving both comfort and usability.

Designed front and rear ventilation to improve airflow and keep the rider comfortable during rides.
The air passes through the front intake and exits through the rear vents, helping reduce fogging and heat buildup inside the helmet.
